Since November 2023, Idealista has offered professional clients an artificial intelligence feature that improves a property description. It works inside the portal dashboard: you write your text, press the button and the system returns a more polished version that you can edit before publishing.
It is a useful feature and well executed for what it sets out to do. It is worth being precise about that scope, because the whole comparison follows from it: it improves text you have already written, inside the portal, at the moment of publishing.
Where it falls short of an agent's real workload
Publishing the listing is the end of a process, not the whole process. When you walk out of a viewing with photos on your phone, the portal listing is one of the five or six pieces you will need that same week.
An improved description does not solve the PDF you send over WhatsApp to an interested buyer, the Instagram caption with its hashtags, the carousel, the vertical Reel, or the sheet you show an owner to win the next instruction. Every one of those remains manual work.
